Our prices vary depending on your photography or video plans!

But do not worry we have you covered! As we have an online booking system for you to choose exactly what and how long you would like to book us for!

We also offer great payment plans for some of our packages to help spread the costs and of course make your life a little easier!

Q: Do you offer personalised packages?

Yes. If you are unsure about our online bookings. We can speak to you directly and personalise the packages to suit your requirements depending on the photo shoot or video

Q: Do you offer other photographic items other than the photos itself?

We do indeed!

Q: Do you travel?


Yes yes yes! I love to travel around the UK and internationally

I would be excited to share this with you and your adventure

For travel around the UK our travelling cost starts at 45p per mile over a 30 mile radius

In regards to abroad travel costs this depends on your plans and will be discussed between us for the best solution

Q: Do you offer studio photo shoots?


Yes we do!

We do not own our own studio space however we do offer studio set ups anywhere you wish! Including renting local hall spaces around Brighton with all our own professional equipment, props, backdrops etc

Q: Are you insured?

Yes absolutely!

We have Personal Liability insurance and Professional Indemnity insurance

Q: Will we have rights to the photographs/video?

Yes you have the rights to your photographs/video and can share with friends & family, social media etc

As long as they are not sold for commercial gain unless agreed in our consent forms

Q: Will we receive all our photos?


You will receive all the edited photographs that we have chosen for you based on our expertise

Q: What are the payment terms?

In regards to the payment terms we have two options to choose from:

Option 1


You can book through our online booking system and use our payment plan options (only availble for payments over £500.00)

Depending on the service and cost we offer three different instalment options:


4 month instalment plan

6 month instalment plan

12 month instalment plan

Payment plan options are only applicable if the event/wedding is longer than 4 months from date of order.

We cannot accept payment plans if your event date is due before the payment plan total is paid. The total balance is to be paid at least a week prior to the event date

Option 2

If you are using our online booking system

You can choose to pay a 50% deposit on the day you book your event instead of a payment plan

The remaining balance is to be paid at least 7 days prior to the event date

If you are not using our online booking system

We ask for a 50% deposit to be paid 2 weeks from date of invoice


The remaining balance is to be paid 7 days prior to the event date or at least on the day of the event

Alternatively we accept payments in full if this suits you

Please note a deposit is to secure your booking and cannot be a confirmed date until the deposit is paid

We accept payments online such as Card, Paypal or Bacs

Q: When will our photos/video be ready?

It all depends on the photo shoot/video and is discussed with you at the time of your booking enquiry


For Portrait, Pets, Fashion we usually say approximately 5 - 7 working days for Photography and approximately 2 - 3 weeks for Video


For Weddings, Commercial Fashion, Product, Events will approximately take 2 - 3 weeks for Photography and approximately 5 - 6 weeks for Video


However if you have a reasonable deadline we always work to that deadline for you so they are ready on time!

Q: Do we need to know anything else?

The boring stuff unfortunately! This is just so we have all the information we need so that your jouney can run as smooth as possible without any worries :)

A booking form, Consent form, Copyright release form and our Terms & Conditions will be sent to you

They need to beSigned, Printed and Dated. Any information we require needs to be written to the best of your knowledge

Q: What is the maximum time we can hire you for?

All work hours finish at 12:00am (midnight)

Any over run will incur additional costs at £60.00 an hour if pre discussed

If you feel you need us longer on the day of the event you will be charged an additional £65.00 per half an hour

An invoice will sent to you immediately after the event


*Please keep in mind when booking online, you select the appropriate time. If you wanted to book for 12 hours (which is our maximum hire package).

This would need to be booked 12 hours before 12:00am. Unless pre discussed
